Three men have been arrested by midlands Gardaí in relation to golf club burglaries.
The investigation was carried out by Laois and Offaly Gardaí as part of Operation Thor, following a number of burglaries around the country.
Two men aged in their late 20s, and one in his late teens, were arrested during a search of a premises in Ashbourne, Co. Meath.
They are being detained at various Garda Stations in the region, and can be held for up to seven days.
Two vehicles were also seized during this investigation.
