Gardaí are investigating a burglary and criminal damage of two businesses in Offaly.
The incidents occurred on Harbour Street, Tullamore shortly after 6:00am on Thursday.
A man, in his 50s, was arrested in relation to these incidents.
He was charged and appeared before Portlaoise District Court on Friday.
