Gardaí are investigating a hit-and-run in the midlands.
A young girl was struck by a vehicle on the Green Road in Mullingar on March 2nd, at around 3.45pm in the afternoon.
She was taken to Midlands Regional Hospital Mullingar for precautionary measures, and officers say she’s doing well now.
Gardaí are appealing for information particularly regarding a silver Toyota Yaris or Auris.
