The rate at Portiuncula Hospital is at 65.5%, with just Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda at 65.9%.
It's 43% in Portlaoise and 38% at the maternity ward in Mullingar.
Meanwhile, the lastest HSE data show there's a c-section rate of 45% in Mullingar, in the year to date.
The figure is 40% in Portiuncula, and 39.5% in Portlaoise.
