A Midlands Junior Minister has conceded there's been an "overlap in messaging" over some of the Covid 19 restrictions.

Health Minister Stephen Donnelly has said parents shouldn't attend their childrens' matches - despite the GAA saying one parent could watch games from the sidelines.
