Esker in Banagher meanwhile was judged to have a generally good quality.
The number of beaches reaching the minimum standard rose by 2% from 2023 while 81% were ranked as "excellent".
96% of beaches across the country are of 'sufficient' quality to swim at.
The number of beaches with a poor bathing water quality ranking dropped from 5 to 2 last year.
