John Kelly, of Cloghbane, Dublin Road in Moate has appeared on the latest Revenue defaulters list.
The landlord has been hit with a €79,000 bill, as well as €67,000 in interest and penalties, for a combined fee of €156,000, for the non-declaration of Capital Acquisitions Tax.
