It will support a wide range of organisations nationwide and was announced by Minister for Equality Norma Foley.
€100,000 is being allocated towards the Midlands LGBT+ Project.
Today's move coincides with the publication of first Annual Report of the National LGBTIQ+ Inclusion Strategy II
Minister Foley says that report demonstrates the meaningful progress made across Government and in collaboration with community organisations.
