Bright Banda will appear in Mullingar Circuit Criminal Court next month.
A Midlands man accused of conning multiple victims out of more than €200,000 will go forward for trial next month.
39 year old Bright Banda, formerly of Meadow Lane, Roscommon Road, Athlone is facing 12 separate counts of deception, according to the Irish Independent.
The charges are alleged to have taken place in Westmeath, Roscommon, Longford and Dublin.
It's the State's case that there are five injured parties, including an allegation that Mr Banda induced a woman between February 2023 and November 2025 at an address in Athlone to transfer over 105 thousand euro from her Revolut account.
Mr Banda is being remanded in custody with consent to bail ahead of a sitting of Mullingar Circuit Criminal Court on July 2nd.
