A Midlands MEP is launching a new report in the European Parliament on reforming EU environmental and planning rules to speed up housing delivery.
'Building Europe Better' is authored by Fergus McCullough and Sean O'Neill McPartlin from think tank Progress Ireland.
The report focuses on and makes recommendations to make environmental protection more strategic, without weakening existing directives.
