A midlands mum of two kids with autism says she has her fingers crossed after being contacted by the Department of Education.
Moutmellick's Sarah Dooley has applied to 19 schools hoping for a place for her two twin five-year-olds, who need to be in an autism unit.
Her case was raised with the Special Education Minister Josepha Madigan in the Dáil by Longford Westmeath TD Sorca Clarke yesterday.
