Portarlington Clinical Psychologist Dr. Eddie Murphy is usually part of the Operation Transformation team, but will now be taking part in a series called ''keeping well apart''.
The programme will attempt to promote positive physical and mental health without the sole focus on weight loss.
Dr. Murphy says people shouldn't be feeling guilty for over indulging at the moment:
