Rental prices across the country rose by 1.4% from March to June.
The Midlands is continuing to see strong rental inflation, according to the latest Daft.ie Rental Report.
In Laois, the average two-bedroom apartment rent rose 6.1% year-on-year to over €1,400, while a two-bedroom house increased 23.5% to €1,594.
Offaly recorded an average rent of €1,578 for a two-bedroom apartment, up 9.4%, while a three-bedroom house rose 7.2% to €1,802.
In Westmeath, a two-bedroom apartment now averages €1,627, up 8.2%, with a two-bedroom house costing €1,604, an 8.1% annual increase.
Rents across the country have risen by 1.4% between March and June.
