Laois and Westmeath saw steady rises.

New figures from the Department of Housing shows Laois built 204 homes, up 34% from 2024.
While in Westmeath, the figures stands at 186, up 92%, with Offaly recording the only decline at just 78 down from 174 - a decline of 55%.
Nationally, the highest number ever of social home delivery was recorded at 9,089.
