Planning permission for the Offaly school was granted last May.
It's hoped midlands students will be ready to move into a new school next week.
Pupils and staff at Gaelscoil Na Laochra in Birr have been waiting for the green light to move into their new school building, after it was granted planning permission last May.
The project had been in the pipeline for a number of years, and will see over 100 students transition into the new premises on a Greenfield site just off the Tullamore Road.
