Midlands Students To 'Walk Out' This Morning Over Cost-Of-Living Crisis

The protest is set to highlight the obstacles in going to college in 2022.

Third-level students in Athlone are taking part in a nationwide 'walkout' at 11 minutes past 11 this morning in protest of the cost-of-living crisis. 

They are calling on the government to prioritise the cost of third-level education and the effects of rising inflation.
