The CCPC is issuing the latest instructions.
Students are being warned not to pay by cash or Revolut when searching for college accommodation.
This come as The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission have said the students are under severe pressure to find somewhere to live for the upcoming college semesters.
There have also been instructions for students to have a documented lease or rent book before making any payments and to see the property before giving any deposits or rent.
