Sinn Féin believes the hospitality sector should fully reopen with additional measures like antigen testing.

Longford-Westmeath TD Sorca Clarke says it's "idiotic" for the government not to have known that the Delta variant would reach Ireland and impact the industry.

It follows the government's decision to delay reopening for two weeks in order to create a system to allow fully vaccinated people to dine indoors.
