A midlands town is looking for volunteers for its Saint Patrick’s Day festival.
5,000 people are expected to attend the event in Mullingar from March 16th.
The committee says you don’t need any specific skills, only the willingness and ability to engage with people and be happy to help, but you must be over 15 years of age.
If a volunteer is under 18 parental consent will be required.

The committee is also appealing for sponsorship and are thanking those who have already generously donated and availed of their Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsorship packages. I
There’s also still time to enter a float for the parade and join almost 50 others who have already registered to take part!
