The latest stats from the Government show a small increase from 2024 to 2025.
Overall employment numbers in the Midlands when it comes to IDA Businesses remain the lowest in Ireland.
New figures from the Department of Enterprise show 20,028 people work for IDA clients in the region, up 0.2% on the year previous.
Nationally there's 554,608 IDA workers, with Dublin leading the way on 219,418.
The South East of Ireland boasts the greatest rate of growth at 3%.
