An Offaly woman living in Spain says the transport system is still recovering following yesterday's mass power outages.
Electricity, phone coverage and internet blackouts suddenly occurred across the country into neighbouring Portugal and parts of France at lunchtime yesterday.
Power's been restored to most of the country with authorities ruling out a cyber attack, and the King of Spain currently chairing a security meeting on the issue.
