A Midlands woman is paying tribute her sister after the man who killed her was sentenced to 12 and a half years in jail.
39 year old Sean Egan was found not guilty of murder, but guilty of manslaughter by diminished responsibility after stabbing Sharon Crean at least 13 times in Mountmellick in December in 2022.
Ms Crean's sister Tara Cullen, says Sharon's young son will now grow up 'without a mammy because she was killed by a monster.'
