A recent report has found 37% of Gen Z workers were not team players.

People in their 20s missed out on the opportunity to hone their social skills during the Covid Pandemic.

Bunbrosna Behavioural Psychologist from Changeable.ie, Padraig Walsh says your early 20s is a crucial time to develop those skills.

It follows a recent survey from Robert Walters which found nearly four in ten Gen Z workers were not team players and preferred to work alone.
