He has been missing since last Wednesday.
A man missing from his home in Louth since last Wednesday has reportedly been sighted multiple times in the Midlands.
52 year old Patrick Ward was allegedly seen by different witnesses outside the Golden Island Shopping Centre in Athlone chatting to a man and woman between 1 and 2 pm on Saturday.
He was also sighted on Castle Street yesterday and near the Roscommon side of Athlone.
Patrick is described as being 5 foot 7 inches in height, of medium build, with fair hair and blue eyes.
When last seen Patrick was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and black trainers.
Gardaí and his family are concerned for his well-being and anyone with any information is asked to contact Athlone Garda Station.
