Modular Homes Suggested To Ease Housing Crisis

A midlands councillor has made the call for log cabins to be built in family gardens.

There are calls for families to be allowed to build modular homes in their gardens.

Westmeath Councillor Frankie Keena is behind the push, and says it would help to ease pressure on the housing market.

The Fianna Fáil rep says the provision of log cabins would benefit sons and daughters looking to move out:
