A man in his 40s has died after his motrcycle was involved in a crash with a car in Carlow.
A motorcyclist has died in a crash in County Carlow.
His motorbike and a car collided on the R448 at Ballyknockan, Leighlinbridge at around half 9 on Sunday.
The man in his 40s was brought by air ambulance to the Mater Hospital in Dublin where he was later pronounced dead.
The road was closed for examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and has since reopened.
