Mullingar Taxi Driver Says Fares Hike Is Fair

Cost of living, and increasing industry costs are behind increase.

The cost of living and working in the industry are justified reasons behind an increase in fares.

That's according to Ciaran White of Key Key Cabs in Mullingar, who believes the rise in price is fair given there was no increase throughout the pandemic.

The National Transport Authority has decided fares will increase from next Thursday by 12 per cent.
