Full-time childcare costs will be reduced by more than €1,000 per year.
The budget for The National Childcare Scheme will to increase by 44%.
This will lead to full-time childcare costs reducing by an average of €1,100 a year.
Parents will also see two double child benefit payments in November and December, that's added to a €400 lump sum on the working family payment
