Laois saw the highest number of approvals.
Almost 400 homeowners were approved for the First Home Scheme in the last quarter of 2025.
The highest number of live approvals went to Laois at 205, with 161 drawdowns.
129 applications were approved in Westmeath with 105 drawdowns , and 57 in Offaly with 37 drawdowns.
The scheme which is jointly funded by the Government, AIB, Bank of Ireland and PTSB, helps first time buyers purchasing or building their own home.
