New Documentary About Life In Rural Laois Town During Pandemic

Residents of Rathdowney have been sharing their experience of how life has changed.

A Laois student is behind a new documentary looking at how life in a rural town has changed during the pandemic.

Hannah Cahill and camera man Terry Smeaton meet the residents of Rathdowney to record the impact COVID-19 had on the area. 

Dominic McEvoy, Principal of St. Fergal's College and owner of the Card Stand Mary Prendergast are among the locals who share their experience in the online video.
