New Government Finance Strategy Aims For 70k Jobs By 2030

Longford Westmeath TD Robert Troy launched the new 'Ireland for Finance Strategy' alongside the Tánaiste today.

The Government is setting a target of 70,000 jobs in international financial services by 2030, with one in four based outside Dublin.

It includes 31 measures aimed at cutting red tape, boosting competitiveness and developing skills.

There’s also a major focus on new technology, AI, and emerging forms of digital finance.
