Independent TD for the county Brian Stanley says the Department of Justice has made it a single approval transfer, meaning it only needs the Justice Minister to sign off on the project.
Laois Domestic Abuse Service is working with Tuath housing agency and Cuan in relation to the development which will eventually become their new premises.
