The objection comes from the Offaly Hospice Foundation.
Offaly Hospice Foundation is making a fresh objection to the site planned for the long awaited Midlands Hospice.
In a new submission to the local authority, it's calling on planners to reject the proposed development on Arden Lane in Tullamore.
The objection points to additional information provided by the HSE as being "materially different" to that of the original application.
The Foundation believes a new application should be entered.
The submission also questions the ownership and zoning of land assessed in the application as well as the scoring matrix used to select the site over the Wellwood Campus in Tullamore.
