Nine Year Old Offaly Girl Airlifted To Crumlin Hospital

Her family is thanking the crew for their help.

An Offaly girl is recovering after being airlifted to Crumlin Hospital.

The air ambulance was called when Ava, who suffers from brittle bone disease, broke her femur after falling in school.

The nine year old girl from Ferbane will have to use a wheelchair until the bone heals. 

Her family is thanking the crew, paramedics and the hospital staff for the care she received.
