No Face Masks Allowed During Leaving Cert Oral Exams

Mountrath's Rueban Murray, President of the Irish Second Level Students union is welcoming the decision.

No face masks will be allowed during this year's Leaving Cert oral exams.

According to The Irish Times, perspex screens will be used instead to ensure safety and clear communication.

The orals are set to take place soon, with teachers carrying out exams and forwarding audio recordings to the State Examinations Commission for marking.
