A new study has been publish by MyHome.ie.
The number of home sales in the midlands has increased by 8% last year.
A study of the Property Price Index by MyHome.ie recorded the largest jump in Westmeath at 13%, followed by Laois on 7%, Offaly with a rise of 5% on 2018.
