The long delayed Occupied Territories Bill is set to reach Cabinet over the next few weeks.

The Bill, which aims to limit trade with illegally occupied settlements in Palestine, has faced criticism from opposition, with the Government accused of delaying the legislation over concerns about possible economic consequences.

Foreign Affairs Minister Helen McEntee will call for a ban on trade with illegal Israeli settlements during a meeting with European ministers today.
