Comfort Keepers has a base out of Tullamore and provides home care to people in Laois, Offaly, Westmeath, Longford and Leitrim, employing more than 120 people.
The business was chosen as the winner by the All-Ireland Business Foundation, based on their "commitment to delivering exceptional service" and "enhancing the quality of life for its clients".
