Income rose by 4.5%.
Offaly County Council is recording an increase of around €5 million in income for 2025.
The local authority's yearly report shows it stands at around €114 million euro up from €109 million, up by 4.5%.
Commercial rates payments also rose to just over €21 million from €19.7 million.
