Kilcormac's Linda Guinan is looking to rebuild her home after last Thursday's fire.

"A horrendous weekend"- those are the words of an Offaly woman after her home of over 30 years has been left severely damaged after a house fire

Kilcormac's Linda Guinan and her family lost their two dogs Ziggy and Zack in the blaze, which broke out at around half six on Thursday evening.

A Go Fund Me is running to help the costs of rebuilding their home, with over €1,500 euro raised so far.

Ms Guinan says it all happened too quickly:
