Killeigh man John Saunders wrote "Waiting for James" in honour of his son to mark World Brain Day.
An Offaly poet is set to launch poetry collection for World Brain Day in honour of his son.
"Waiting for James" written by Killeigh man John Saunders will have its official launch at the Esker Arts Centre in Tullamore today from 5pm.
John's son James suffered a significant brain injury in a road traffic accident in 2019, with the collection exploring his family’s journey of adjustment, resilience, and recovery following the incident.
