Fire services in Offaly have assisted in extinguishing yet another bog fire.
The blaze broke out at Ballinderry near Knockcor in Kildare yesterday, with fire officers from Edenderry and Trim in Meath sent to assist, alongside heavy machinery made available by the land owner.
Crews remained on scene into the evening, and were called to the scene again today.
Air support assistance helped in bringing the blaze under control, with the fire now extinguished,
