Bretland Construction will be leading the charge for the project for Edenderry.
An Offaly construction company has won the contract to deliver a new library and arts base for a town in the county.
Edenderry based Bretland Construction will now be tasked with delivering the project in the town.
The development is expected to cost in the region of €15 million and is expected to be complete in the next 18 months.
