He was detained by gardaí in Portlaoise, and has now been charged to appear before the courts.

They're appealing for information regarding the movements of a number of people and vehicles between Lackaroe Cross and Kinnitty Village between 5 o'clock yesterday evening and 8 o'clock this morning.
