Noel McCann from Tullamore's Bridge House Hotel says no HSE staff are available for civil ceremonies in Offaly.

At present, no HSE staff are available to conduct civil ceremonies in Offaly, with people looking to book wedding ceremonies being told to ring the HSE offices in Mullingar or Portlaoise.
Noel McCann is part of the wedding team at the Bridge House Hotel in Tullamore.
