Precautions mean that anyone who passes after contracting the illness are not allowed in a church, their remains must be immediately buried or cremated as soon as possible.
Vincent Keegan and his family were unable to observe the traditional Irish burial that their father had planned and the family are now all self-isolating after being in hospital with him.
