An Offaly man is running down the Wild Atlantic Way in aid of Mental Health Ireland and UK.
Jason Adam-Hein and his friend Baz are taking on the 2,500 kilometre challenge in 35 days, to raise €50,000.
Despite having no experience in long distance running, they're looking forward to supporting a good cause, while enjoying beautiful views.
