Pat Gosnell, of Heather Grove in Clara, is on Revenue's defaulters list for the fourth quarter of 2024.
The Mr Gosnell has been hit with a 5,000 euro bill, for failure to lodge income tax returns.
Revenue published 50 settlement cases, totalling 2.25 million euro.
