However Offaly saw the lowest number of complaints in the country.
Westmeath recorded 31 in 2025, there were 19 in Laois and just 11 in Offaly.
Nationally, complaints rose by 21% to a record high, with more than half of all complaints related to alleged misconduct, with litigation, conveyancing and family law among the most common areas involved.
The LSRA closed 1,933 cases during the year, exceeding the number of new complaints received.
