Offaly Senator Says Another Election Would Represent A Serious Failure

It's been 32 days since the country went to the polls.

The Green Party says a need for another General Election would represent a serious failure on behalf of TDs and party leaders. 

Pippa Hackett is making the comments following meetings with Sinn Fein, Fianna Fail and Fine Gael regarding Government formation in the last week. 

It's been 25 days since the country went to the polls, with party members predicting could be another month before progress is made.
